On the day of surgery, a small donor strip was carefully removed from the back of the scalp using the Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT) technique. The donor hairs were meticulously prepared into individual follicular units before being strategically placed throughout the eyebrows. Because eyebrow hairs must grow at very specific angles and directions, every graft placement was carefully planned to create a natural appearance that would blend seamlessly with her existing brow hair.
