Please take up to 4 photos from the areas of concern, based on the example pictures below.
You may use a hair band to pull all of your hair back for a clean view of your hairline. If you do not own a hairband, please use your hand.
If possible, try to also include photos with your eyebrows raised like the ones shown in the examples below. This gives the doctor anatomical landmarks to determine where the hairline belongs.
If you have longer hair, please take a photo with your hair splitting down the middle.
